Utricularia pusilla, a small carnivorous plant

This is the flower of Utricularia pusilla, a common and small carnivorous plant here in Colombia. This type of carnivorous plants are called bladderworths because they have tiny bladderlike traps that create a vacuum effect to capture nearby passing prey. 

Leaf cutting ants (Atta sp.)

Atta ants cut pieces from plant leafs and take it to their nest where it is used to grow a fungus which in turn serves as the ants food. In this case I pictured some ants carrying pieces of a fern's leaf
